		<description>At some point in life, one is bound to begin repeating oneself either on purpose or by accident.  I have certainly reached that age when repetition is virtually inevitable. 

However, in this case I have certainly spoken and written about breathing many times because breathing plays such a vital role in our performance, endurance and every aspect of the active, healthy life. Perhaps, since I have been in an ongoing battle with chronic asthma for the past forty years,  I know from personal experience that breathing is not something to be taken for granted.</description>
